Rodger Randle is being honored for a lifetime of public service and civic leadership that has shaped Tulsa and Oklahoma. As a former state legislator and Mayor of Tulsa, he led major governmental reform and helped modernize the city’s structure, leaving a lasting impact on its growth and governance. Beyond public office, he has advanced international understanding through leadership in Sister Cities International and numerous local organizations promoting cultural exchange and the arts. His decades of commitment to community building, education, and global engagement reflect the values of service and unity that OCCJ is honored to recognize.
