OCCJ’s Inclusive Leadership Collective (ILC) is pleased to announce the 2020 cohort of the Inclusive Leadership Institute powered by the Lobeck Taylor Family Foundation. Each class is selected through an intentional application process and the selection committee seeks applicants with proven leadership skills who exhibit a strong community commitment.

The Inclusive Leadership Institute (ILI) is a leadership training that develops Oklahoma professionals into skilled leaders with the knowledge and tools necessary to create inclusive workplaces and communities. ILI approaches diversity and leadership issues from a no-fault, interactive foundation with the goal of affecting positive change.
The Inclusive Leadership Collective (ILC) is a program of the Oklahoma Center for Community and Justice. ILC consists of a leadership team of professionals working to bring dynamic diversity, inclusion and equity programming to the community.
The Inclusive Leadership Institute is presented by the Lobeck Taylor Family Foundation. Founded in 1997 by Bill Lobeck and Kathy Taylor, the Lobeck Taylor Family Foundation (LTFF) has grown into a second generation investment in making Tulsa an innovative, collaborative and thriving city. LTFF encompasses a variety of programs and a grant portfolio dedicated to achieving the purpose of empowering Tulsans to chieve their goals by decreasing the barriers associated with big ideas.
