Network with elected officials and candidates for office, learn about how to stay informed about legislation you care about, update your voter registration, get facts about the need for diverse candidates to run for office.

OCCJ’s Inclusive Leadership Council (ILC) is a leadership development program for professionals committed to eliminating bias, bigotry, and racism in our state, in our generation. ILC fosters opportunities to promote diverse and inclusive communities, effectively advocate for inclusion of diversity in the local workforce and region, develop new programs and outreach for other professionals in the community, and assist OCCJ in program, public awareness and development efforts.

OCCJ is a non-partisan human relations organization and does not endorse or oppose party candidates. With that in mind, OCCJ is also committed to speak out on issues of intolerance, hate, bullying, bigotry and violence.
