Leaders Involved in Fighting for Equality (L.I.F.E.)

L.I.F.E. or Leaders Involved in Fighting for Equality is the Camp Anytown, Oklahoma alumni organization. This group meets quarterly to continue the friendships made at camp, further the mission of Anytown, and participate in community service projects.

OCCJ is proud to announce The Gwen and Steve Malcolm Inclusive Leadership Scholarship. This financial need-based scholarship is available to graduating high school seniors who attended Camp Anytown, Oklahoma. Seniors are eligible if they have been actively engaged with the Anytown Alumni group (L.I.F.E.), the Oklahoma Center for Community and Justice or other community leadership and service groups/organization. Two $1,500 scholarships will be presented to two graduating seniors. The application deadline was June 15, 2014 and the Scholarship recipients are Alyssa Hernandez and Danielle Cain.

Congratulations to Alyssa Hernandez, graduate of Memorial High School and a student at The University of Tulsa, who was the recipient of the Gwen and Steve Malcolm Inclusive Leadership Scholarship in 2014.

Congratulations to Danielle Cain, graduate of Bishop Kelley High School and a student at Oklahoma State University, who was the recipient of the Gwen and Steve Malcolm Inclusive Leadership Scholarship in 2014.
