DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION 101 - This foundational training focuses on a basic understanding of diversity and inclusion issues. The training offers information pertaining to age, gender, race and relationship orientation (sexual orientation) discrimination. This interactive workshop includes modules on creating an inclusive workplace culture; team building; the business impact of diversity and inclusion; discrimination prevention; and empowering your team.

DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION FACILITATOR TRAINING - This training program provides in-depth instruction on how to facilitate dialogue in both large group and individual discussion settings. Participants experience an interactive workshop focused on a foundational understanding of diversity/inclusion, and facilitation/processing skills. Participants leave this training with the skills needed to facilitate a thoughtful and constructive dialogue in their school, workplace or community. This training is targeted to both students and adults.
